About the 2711-T9A15 The 2711-T9A15 is a discontinued Allen-Bradley product intended for Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications. This particular hardware is a spare part of the discontinued PanelView Standard Operator Terminals product family. This device is especially compatible with the SLC and MicroLogix platform from Allen-Bradley also.

2711-T9A15: It may also be used as an HMI for 3rd party devices as well. This PanelView 600 is especially compliant with Emissions (Class B: Light Industrial) EN50081- 1:1992 Emissions (Class A: Industrial) EN50081-2:1993 Immunity (Industrial) EN61000-6-2:1999 Immunity (Industrial), EN50082-2:1995 Programmable Controllers Equipment Requirements and Tests), (EN61131 2:1995) Low Voltage Directive (Safety Sections of EN61131-2), and DEMKO prEN5002 1 Ex Na Group IIC, T4. It has a monochrome screen with 9 inch size and resolution of 640 x 400 and display area of 210 x 131 mm (8.27 x 5.17 in.).

It has a Touchscreen interface made of 384 membrane capable of up to 1 million actuations. It has a built-in ControlNet port for data exchange and RS232 port for alarm handling. It can be installed in environment that is within the operating temperature of 0 to 55° C (32 to 131° F), Heat Dissipation of 39 Watts (133 BTU/HR) and Vibration rating 1G up to 2,000 Hz and impulse shock of 15G/30G (operating / non-operating). It uses PanelBuilder32 software to develop and download application. This software is also used to configure the terminal’s equally important functions such as security, alarm handling, trends, data logging among others. The memory area of the terminal is allocated for 310 KB for application runtime which is enough to implement a smooth terminal operation without lags and screen freezes. A second memory allocation for 1008KB non-volatile memory stores the application created in the engineering software.
